What kinds of payment do you accept?
LIFEFORCE RECORDS Mailorder accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), bank/debit cards (As long as they have the Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover logo on the card) through PAYPAL (www.paypal.com) through the on-line store as well as Cash On Delivery/ COD/ Nachnahme. We accept well-concealed cash (EURO funds only!), but we do not recommend sending cash through the mail. We accept money orders in EURO funds (International money orders/IMOs made out to LIFEFORCE RECORDS/ Stefan Luedicke). We do not accept personal checks.

Do you accept foreign currency?
No, we only accept money in EURO funds.

 Is the LIFEFORCE AMERICA online store secure?
We understand that many consumers are concerned about Internet security. LIFEFORCE RECORDS employs industry-leading technologies to store sensitive information and protect it while in transit over the Internet. The following Security Statement describes the technologies we use and provides additional details about how we handle sensitive data like credit card information. We want you to be able to shop at Lifeforce with complete confidence. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable shopping with us online, we invite you to order through the mail.

What order options do you have?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are up to the weight of your total order, they will be calculated from the sum of your total items, so you always pay only the exact shipping charges for the stuff you have ordered.

*If your country is not listed in our shop system please read the important Note below.

Note: Customers from countries not listed in our shop system will not be able to use LIFEFORCERECORDS.com online shopping. Orders from other than these countries will not be processed.

All packages will be shipped by German Postal Service or UPS.

If you want to have your package insured pleases click the option in our shop system. Packages over 2kg are insured automatically.

Important: All orders must be submitted by every wednesday 2:00 pm CET in order to be guaranteed to ship out the same week (only when payment verification of your order through Paypal has been sent or when you choosed C.O.D.)

A standard order will be processed and shipped no later than 3-5 day after payment arrival has been verified.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This really depends on a few different factors: order method (over the web or through the mail), where you live, whether you select to pay for extra shipping options, etc. A typical order for in stock items being shipped to a European address normally takes from a couple of days to two weeks - often less, sometimes longer.Orders from countries outside of Europe will take 2-4 weeks tops for delivery (always up to the selected shipping option).

Backorders/Pre-Orders
Sorry, we do not backorder anything out of stock. If you are ordering the item, it should technically be in-stock. If for some reason your item is not in stock, you will be contacted, and you'll will be charged back.

My package hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?
Not much unfortunately if you did not choose the option "Insured Mail". LIFEFORCE RECORDS is not able to track any not insured packages, so once they leave our office there is nothing we can do. Sometimes foreign orders get held up in customs, or returned to us because of address problems. Returned orders can be re-shipped, but if an order does not come back to us we cannot compensate customers for lost orders. Orders are at your own risk! LIFEFORCE RECORDS DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST (NOT INSURED) PACKAGES!

Can I return a record if I don't like it?
No. Here at LIFEFORCE RECORDS we believe in "Caveat Emptor" (Buyer Beware).

What if my order is smashed or destroyed during shipping?
If you have ordered insurance you can be reimbursed for the whole package. If you do not order any insurance there is nothing we can do for your damaged or destroyed package. We are not responsible for damage to items while in the mail. For more details on how to return damaged items please email our Return Department at (info@lifeforcerecords.com). We cannot be held responsible for orders that get destroyed in the mail.

What happens if my order does not arrive or if something is missing from my order?
If this happens please contact us via info@lifeforcerecords.com. Please include all order details in your email.

What happens if I forget my user name or password?
At LIFEFORCE RECORDS, you username is usually your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you may retrieve it at the login prompt by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link below the login form. Fill in your email address you registered your account with in the form field and click on the instructional link to have your password sent to the email address on file.

I can't find my country in your system?
Unfortunately we can't ship to all countries in the world, because of bad experiences we made in the past.
